I had a question.
A company had incorporated in the year 2013. After incorporation, company has not commenced its business yet and doesnot filed any returns to ROC.
Now, the company wants to struck off or remove its name from the Register of Companies.
Kindly tell me the procedure for removal and also tell me, whether is there any liability due to non filing to ROC?

Go for FTE by filing STK-2 alongwith necessary attachment and there is no liability for non filing to Roc.
