Removal of Auditor And appointment of new Auditor
Can someone help me in remove an auditor and appoint a new one in his place .... I will pay him fees

To remove an auditor before their term ends, you must (1) pass a Board Resolution after giving the auditor a hearing, (2) file Form ADT-2 with the Regional Director within 30 days, (3) receive the RD's approval, (4) pass a Special Resolution at an EGM within 60 days, and (5) file Form MGT-14 with the ROC. Afterward, appoint a new auditor via the Board, subject to member approval if it is a casual vacancy.
