Relief u/s 89(1)

l claim Relief u/s 89(1) .But it was disallowed by C.P.C. l have valid documents 10Ew but l have no chance to upload while e-filing
C.P.C. has claimed demand to the extent of relief with interest.How can I claim relief to wipe out demand? I have paid tax after availing relief
