Relief in late fees
Any late fee exemption is given for non filling of nil gstr1 and gstr3b 2017 to till date kindly advice

It was given. The GST Amnesty Scheme ( Waiving and Reducing the Late Fees and Interest ) is over on 30th September 2020. So as of now there's no such exemption given to the default taxpayers.
Aslo note that no late fees is being levied as of now for GSTR-1.
