Related with Dual PANs

Hi, I would have loved to speak here but it is something personal and I really would like to speak you with over the phone, it seems like a little complex so, I could be able to share it over the call...

If you can do that .... kindly call me on 8178446868

I would be highly grateful of you...

Thanks and Regards

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the complex issue of holding dual PAN cards. The initial post seeks a private phone consultation due to the personal and complex nature of the query. A response suggests a solution involving an affidavit, surrendering one PAN card to the Income Tax office, and emailing the department. It also mentions that an individual can represent themselves in separate cases.

Dear Pramod,

If your query related to dual pan as you mentioned in the headline, then you will have to make an affidavit first with getting the signature of authorised signatory & attach 1 original pan ( which you don't want to retain with you ) & surrender to the Income Tax office ,also email to the Income Tax department. It may take time but your problem will be solved . Apart from that you can mail me  @ NARENNAGORI99 @ GMAIL.COM . If anything is possible to do i wil definitely.

An assesse can represent himself separately in separate cases.
