i just want to that who is required to attach copy of moa and aoa in spice form and who can will it by inc33 and inc 34.
and
is details of investment to be given is compulsory in spice form is we are nod cover under esi and pf act.
ie can we enter 0 value in investment value coulums.

A company in which any of Director is non resident Or not a citizen of India and signing the MoA and AoA in country outside india is required to attach it in SPICE form.
no it is not compulsory to give Investment detail.
