In the list of Board Resolutions to be filed with RoC in MGT-14, Related Party Transactions is not there. However, it is appearing [section 188(1)] in the drop down list of resolutions in MGT-14.
Is it required to file Board Resolution pertaining to Related Party Transactions with RoC in MGT-14?
Kindly provide format of Board Reso.(Pvt. Co.) for approval of RPT transaction relating to year 2014-15. Also can Board pass Omnibous approval for the year 2015-16.
