if assesses FY 2017-18 are regular scheme and assesses next FY 2018-19 of the april month are switch to composition scheme now what assesses to GSTR 9 and GSTR 9A to filled mandatory and last date shown 30-06-2019. Please clarify.

for the financial year 2017-18 SSC need to file GST R9 as he has filed all the returns under regular scheme

For FY 2017-18 , the Registered Person needs to file Annual Return in FORM GSTR 9, since the person was registered under Regular Scheme for the whole year.

For FY 2018-19, File FORM GSTR-9A .
