in a existing partnership firm one of the partner is retiring and simultaneously new partner is coming my queryy is whether this retirment and induction can be done by a single partnership deed or separate deeds to be prepared .And can i get a format of the same.

This may be done by single deed or seprate.matter is that a deed must be very clear and conveincing.
So that it decided by u because u have already in practice. when u draft deed u must think that in future no any disputed created.
