i have doubt in reimbursment options
in our company we have started reimb. from last year for vehicle tel and Med and LTA,
if any of the person opts the following head their basic should be decreased,
actually we are deducting from special all

Please be more clear with your question.
I think a special allowance is given to those who do not opt for reimbursement option. In case reimbursement option is exercised and the special allowance is decreased accordingly then the employee may save tax to that extent.
