Hello All,

Is there any certificate of any other registration required for GST registration of a partnership firm apart from PAN and other basic details of partners??

Whether current account mandatory for GST registration of a partnership?

Is Digital signature required for partnership ?( GST help desk says DSC is mandatory for partnership firm)

Partners are in Singapore , they will come in a month. So
is there any way to get the digital signature in PFX format? Anybody is providing pfx?

Pfx DSC was very comfortable , convenient and cost effective for small and medium enterprises.Kindly write a mail to mca to reintroduce the PFX DSC.

DSC not required or mandatory for registering Partnership Firm under GST... You can use any of the partner's (authorized signatory) AADHAAR with EVC...

DSC is required for LLP or companies (not for partnership firm)

Any other registration like PT, Shops & Establishment required for GST reg??
No... not required for GST registration.
How about current account ??
Through deed, pan & msme (udyog Aadhar) certificate...
May be with CA certificate...
As per Rule 10A , the Bank details can be uploaded with in 45 day from date of obtaining Registration certificate (Reg-06) .
So you have enough time to upload bank details after obtained GST No.
Can we obtain current account of partnership firm without CA certificate??
Yes... If opened Current Account then You can use that for GST registration. You can open bank account without CA certificate...
Better to contact to bank...
