A dealer is already registered in maharashtra and has place of business in maharashtra only. He has purchased goods through tender in Madhyapradesh (MP). Goods is stored in MP . Now dealers wants sell this goods across the india.
Whether dealer would be required to take registration in the state of MP or he can sell though GSTIN of Maharashtra ?

YES YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE SEPARATE REGISTRATION IN MP ALSO. BECAUSE NOW YOU ARE HAVING TWO PLACE OF BUISNESS OR CAN SAY TWO SALE OFFICE.
