registration under GST
wine store to be registered under GST? I have received provisional id and password... but petrol and liquor are not included in GST.. kindly suggest me whether to register under GST or not

Yes, retail wineshops may come under GST on future date.
Alcoholic liquors for human consumption has been exempted from gst. As per gst provision, any person engaged exclusively in business of supplying goods that are non taxable or wholly exempted under gst are not required to get registered under gst
