Registration of Property

Registration means the updating the record of the title of the property in the record maintain by the Government.

If the value of the immovable property is less than Rs.100 than registration is optional in other case it is compulsory.

In case of default by the other party claim can not be admited if registration is not done.

with the consent of both the parties it is possible.

The most importanant to check is the Title of Seller on the property.
