Registration of person receiving commission &brokerage
whether a person receiving commission &brokerage due to service provided to a person for finding land on lease basis is liable to take registration under GST.TDS is also deducted under Sec 194 H.

if aggregate turnover of such person exceeds the threshold limit only then registration is required
no. irrespective of threshhold limit. as an agent
