All you have to do is to apply to the Institute by giving particulars of your firm. You can download the form used for this purpose pursuant to Regulation 165 of CS Regulations from the Institute's website. You may also apply online after creating your online login account in www.icsi.in. Online acknowledgment is generated and approval is given within 15-20 days.
