if I am 'A' registered in maharashtra and my client is 'B' registered in Delhi.
and actual palce of supply or work or palce of recipient is karnatak...

in that case 'A' need to registered in Karnatak..????

no...only if u have business set up un karnataka then u will be requiring to register under GST Act
