Registration of Charge

No, the has not been define in the Companies Act, but defination has brought from the Transfer of property Act. Section 125 of the Companies Act 1956 has given a list which transactions will be treated as charges under this Act and need registration with Roc. Pls go through the Sections 124 to145 of the Companies Act 1956.
