Does anyone know if downloaded form of articleship registration is valid for registration or original form issued by ICAI is required?

Purchase form from your nearest branch,because in downloaded from you may not get green paper required for franking
Thank u so much for your reply, thougt i didn't get what you said. what is franking? Is form no. 102 (green paper) required to be submitted to ICAI for articleship registration?
