Registration issue

I have noticed that on ICAI https://forms.icai.org/student/dashboard.php site it is showing the status of my form 103 as pending while on ICAI Reprint letter it is showing I have been registered as article assistant.Please help me to know reason for the same and which one is reflecting true image

Reprint letter can be changed by ICAI. It had happened in my case while completion of articleship. So u contact to ICAI. There are helpline numbers on website.
