Registration galti se sez unit m ho gya
Ek party h meerut ki. Usne apna gst m registration july 2017 m karwaya tha. Uske advocate ne registration voluntary basis me na karke galti se SEZ Unit me kar diya. Aur abhi tak ek bhi gstr-1 file nhi ho payi hai kyunki jb gstr-1 file kr rhe h to gst ka portal sale pr automatically IGST pkad rha h. Jbki humne 3b m CGST AND SGST dikhaya h. My question is kya registration sez me se hatkar voluntary m ho skta h. Aur kya y registration bina gstr-1 file kiye cancel ho skta h. Please help
