Registration for professional

Mrs. A has the following educational qualifications:
B. Sc in Food Science and Nutrition Management;
M. Sc in Food and Nutrition.

She intends to start private practice on appointment basis only, conduct workshops and take part in relevant exhibitions and fairs from time to time.

• What registrations (and/or formalities) will she require if it has to be done in Individual capacity?
• Will he require Professional Tax, Service Tax, Trade License, any other License?
• What documentation will be required for income tax purpose?

Income would be from the following sources:

1. Walk ins in case of exhibitions or fairs for one time consultation
2. Providing one time diet chart
3. Providing monthly package to clients
4. Registration fees of workshops
