Please have Acrobat Reader installed in your computer, keep valid Master/Visa Credit Card OR Net banking details (Participating Banks: Bank of India, Bank Of Rajasthan, Corporation Bank, Federal Bank, ICICI Bank, Oriental Bank Of Commerce, South Indian Bank, Vijaya Bank and Yes Bank) and Laser Printer ready before starting to fill up the online application form.
Step1: Create your account for upcoming exam by clicking “If you are a new user, please click here” (The users registered for June2009 exam will have to reregister) and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: NRO0123456) with your date of birth and provide your valid email-id.
Please double check your email-id as provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to that email address only.
Step2: Login here with the username and password you received in your email ID as provided in step 1 above. Fill up the Online Application form carefully and Pay the Fees Online. (For general instructions and guidance on how to fill the form, please refer to the instruction sheet given at the top of the “Online Application Page” )
Step3: Take printout of the application form on A4 size paper with the following Margin Settings:
Top Margin: 0.494 cm
Bottom Margin: 0.494 cm
Left Margin: 0.988 cm
Right Margin: 0.988 cm
Step4: Paste the Photograph, Sign the form using Black/Blue Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/Parents, as mentioned in the form printed in step 3 above.
Step5: Send the printout of the form by SpeedPost/Registered Post without folding and Superscribing the envelope as “Online Application Form for November 2009 Exam”, to the following address with necessary enclosures so as to reach us by 10th September, 2009 (without late fees) and 17th September, 2009 with late fees.
