is it compulsory registration of broker who is arranging buyer or seller for his client.and threshold limit below 20 Lakh.

Yes it is compulsory.
It is given in act that agent is compulsorily required to get registered.
Means all broker & agent like Real estate broker, Post office Agent, Mutual Fund Agent, share broker, commodity broker has to compulsory registration
