whether there will be any fees for registration in GST?
eg:- MVAT registration fees ₹5000/- and Deposit ₹ 25000/-

No fees is mentioned till now. However ur tax consultant or CA charge same for it

YES THERE IS NO CHARGE OF GST REGISTRATION APPLY BY GOVT.
