Registration cancellation
If any Assessee has opted in gst and purchased goods (3-4 invoices) and now he wants to shut down its business then what should be done?????

if he is a migrated assessee he can cancel it now but if he is new he has to wait for 12 months from the date of gst registration in terms of rule 20 of cgst rules 2017
