We (existing taxpayer) are unable to register in new states where there is no business prior to 01.07.2017. We would like to start business in new states after 01.07.2017.
However, we have successfully registered and migrated our registration in states where we were already working.
There comes message on making registration that taxpayer was not registered earlier.
