i have cleared my ipcc in nov2012 atempt
i have registered myself as article trainee on 22/02/2013
also duly filed my form 102 & 103 on time.
although i have not registered for CA- finals
i have registered discrepancy letter from icai which say's to register for CA Finals
i have visited vishwas nagar to enquire about the same.
they say if i dont register for finals
i will not get clear status about my articleship training
in hindi dey said
jb tk final ka registeration ni karogay articleship ki file clear ni hogi tumahri.
so ab mai kya karu
bcz as per rules koi compulsion nhi hai to register it wd articleship

You should register for CA Final atleast a year in advance.No cumpulsion to file your Final form along with your articleship.Your articleship will be registered duly and counted effectively from 22.02.13
As per rules you don't need to register for final course but institute have changed its policy and so unless you don't get yourself registered for final you won't be registered for articleship so better get yourself registered for final so that your articleship may start.
My Final attempt is due in may2014. I haven't registered it yet. when to do it?
Dear All, As per rule of ICAI if any person has passed both group of IPCC then he has to registered it's final form along with articleship form .
U have to registered final also otherwise ur articleship will not be registered.
Agree with Anurag. Institute sending written letter for this. If you are both Group pass and sent Article ship registration form without final then they issue kind of letter. On which basis that i don't know.
@ Anshul .. You are passing Both Group or singal ? Is there possibilities of Wrongly send your letter If your are passing first Gp only. ? and dont worry your final attempt wii nt be affected by these issues.
