the gta service provider have a head office in Delhi and branches in other state.
please tell that whether it can do business by registering only in Delhi because the billing is only through head office Delhi by charging igst in inter state sale.
TAKING REGISTRATION IN ALL STATE IS BETTER
Taking registration in all states will unnecessarily add cost of compliances, if all the billing has been done from HO ie from delhi it is well and good and the party does not have any place of business in every state. So it is advised route all the invoices through HO and charge IGST for interstate sales.
