Registration

Sir/Madam,
Previously I applied for the registration of Pvt. Ltd. Company and made one of the directors as authorised signatory and my no. was applied successfully. But now a notice came to me from the department that '' the same combination of PAN , E-mail Id , and Mobile no. of authorised signatory is already available for another GSTIN '' . Although that person is an authorised signatory and proprietor in two more firms having GSTIN . So what should I do in this case as I have already attached the Resolution passed by BOD in annual general meeting.
