for gst registration, in case of rented premise, only electricity bill is enough for proof of address.

rend agreement is mandatory otherwise u will ve received registration query notice.

Dear
Yes with Rent Deed the Ownership proof of owner can be valid proof for ownership.

Note : hope must be having rent deed

Rent deed is must for Registration and once REG 01 filed any information is required by concerning officer like Proof of owner , within the 7days the REG 4 is to file by the applicant with the required infomation like in your case the proof of ownership (Can be Electricity Bill)
