Can one place of business be used for two separate Gst Registration. further whether Officer often come to make physical verification of place of business.

Yes one place of business can be used for two separate gst registration , but I don’t find the need or you to take two gst registration if the same is being conducted from the same place of business unless the business being carried out are of different business vertical.
Not by same person but by different person.
