I have a gstn of my hardware shop now I start a cloth shop can I use same gstn for new shop with different name?

Yes , you can do so..... but ammend the product in your registration
Yes, you can but thereafter both the shop known with new name as per amendment.
At same point of time U are not able to hold 2 name with same GSTIN.
