one of my client wants to take registration but the place of business is. his father name and his father has died..what supporting doc need to be atached for rrgistration

Hi Ankit,
If your client is the legal heir of his father, then the registration of the property can be changed to the name of your client. After effecting such registration, he can register such property as a principal place of business by attaching sale deed (in his name) and NOC.
