A construction company registered in U.P under GST got a contract for civil construction in Uttrakhand. Does it require a new registration in Uttrakhand or it can work under already received ?GSTIN

As per my view no need registration for abve said works and if you can't sell anything...
But, In case you ll be buy any of the required Goods/Services in Uttarkhand you can't get bills as IGST...
