a person has got registration in the month of september and he had made sale and purchase during the month of July and August. whether he is going to give such details of sale and purchases for the 2 months as well or his liability comes after registration.

What is the amount of Transactions and whether they were in the same state or the other state.

and he is a regular dealer and amount is Rs 220000

liability to be registered under GST arise when the Aggregate Turnover cross the threshold limit i.e. 20 lacs or there is some inter state transactions so, need not to worry and go ahead with the return of Sept to be filled later.
