registration

we have registered an Huf as retail business , the Constitution of Huf was not filed , later a show cause notice was issued, initially I was not aware of filing the reply within 7 days , and now it says access denied, for registering again the system is not accepting the details again nor the old registration is cancelled , it's almost a month over, now I am not able to file return nor pay tax, I mailed but no reply from GST
