Why is registration limit 10 lakh only for special category state but 20 lakh for other states?  What's the reason. 

What's the benefit to special category state by reducing limit to 10 lakhs.

nothing govt wants every assessee to get registration.. in such areas their turnover remains less as compared to others states.. so if given 20 L limit to them also then they will never get registered as their turnover always remain less...

Because in those special category states turnover will be very less due to their bacwardness and it is very difficult for any business to make 20 lakh turn over, thats why.
