If im volantary applying for registration on 17/07/2017 and i had provided services in july and issued tax invoices dated 05/07/2017 whether im i allowed to issue tax invoice dated 05/07/2017 or not and charge gst?

Yes.... It's available Issued tax invoice before registration/GSTIN.
After you get GSTN You can Collect the Previous issued invoices then ll be give GSTN mentioned Invoices....
So do you mean that after getting GSTIN i will reissue invoices issued earlier?
