if company have two unit -DTA and EOU in the same state. does separate registration required for both?

I think not available Separate registration. But, Can get single registration and ll be select nature of Business options like your needed options...
if business vertical than you should obtain seperate registration.
Just mention additional palace of business for second unit
if I want to get the benefit of EOU for BCD.. then it would be difficult if it is only additional place.. am I right?
