We have not received provisional id and password og 4 states.. what can we do now?? Can we go for fresh registration?? If yes, whats the procedure??

If you are existing tax payers, better contact the concerned authority for provisional ID & password........
otherwise, new registration will not be allowed......
we have tried all the things but not able to get the provisional ID?? what needs to be done?
Get the registrations cancelled, so that new registration under GST would be permitted.
