one of my client has registered his pan number for gst even having the pan for the business.... now can he continue with the existing pan or he should make a fresh registration with the pan of the business???

he have to make a new registration with the business PAN
would there be any complications if he continues with the personal pan??
If it is pvt. ltd, ltd. partnership firm etc then required.
Other wise Sole proprietorship not required.
