I'm CHANDARVIR.
My question is I have 5 branches in different states and head Office in Delhi.
Delhi head Office's aggregate turnover is 5 lacs and the aggregate turnover of all the other states is 15 lacs.
the total aggregate turnover is 20 lacs when commuting turnover of Delhi head office.
shall I take registration in all the states separately.

for getting registered gst , the aggregate turnover should exceed rs.20 lacs of the entities under same PAN.
and since your branches are in different states you need to get separate registration in each state in which your branches are located
