Is there any Resister of Preference Share Holder, or Preference shares are recorded in Register of members in same Folio Number? But it is to entered separatly from Equity share Holders . What does "separately" mean?

The records of preference share are to be kept separately. However, it may be kept in a way the Company can trace the holding of equity and preference shares in a single folio.
