If the registered office of the company is shifted within state and ther is no change in ROC then there is no need to get new COI and CIN for the company.

if the change of registered office is with in the same state there is no need of new COI

Agree with the learned members that since COI and CIN contains only State of incorporation of a co., that's why no need of new COI in case of shifting of regd. off. within the same State.
