Will a Pvt Ltd Company get a new Certificate of Incorporation if it shifts its Registered Office from one city to another within the state and within the jurisdiction of the same ROC? If yes, will there be any change in CIN of the Company?

If the registered office of the company is shifted within state and ther is no change in ROC then there is no need to get new COI and CIN for the company.

Agree with the learned members that since COI and CIN contains only State of incorporation of a co., that's why no need of new COI in case of shifting of regd. off. within the same State.
