with respectfully I beg to state that I purchase truck for 16lacs on finance from obc bank but at time of purchase seller collect tax as tcs and My business is running truck on freight I want to know how to get refund tcs plz guide me to file Itr for this case

No more specific filing for TCS. You ll file ITR and feed the TCS details. You have any liabilities for the filing then you can adjust it. If not you ll get it as Refund...
