Is Registration is required if supplied goods through E-COMMERCE even- though my turnover is below 20 lakhs?

Registration is mandatory as per SECTION 24 of CGST ACT 2017, if you Supply your goods through E-Commerce operator....

Yes. The turnover limit of Rs. 20 lakhs does not apply to ecommerce vendors. All ecommerce vendors have to compulsorily apply for GST regn numbers.

Further, GST ecommerce will be liable to TCS ( Tax collected at Source ) of 1% by the ecommerce operators.
