regarding new Registration

Unless any supply between both brances occur, you can register at only one place at Tamilnadu.....   But, if any internal transfer/supply happen between Kerala & Tamilnadu brances, then registration of Kerala branch would also be required.

1. When you want register both States?
- Your business transactions of sale/purchases ll be at two ends or internal supplies between two branches or supplies to customers from two ends. The above condition in your transactions your want both are registered.
2. When you don't want register both States?
- your all business transactions in One end (tamilnadu) and do not any internal transactions like transfer/sales/purchases for your both branches and your Kerala office only for taken orders from customers but sales invoices ll be made in tamilnadu only. The above conditions you don't want register both States.
3. Common Factors: In case your Kerala customers want invoices like CGST&SGST format at the time you cannot give IGST invoice...
