My Name is Harshil B chauhan. I have joined articleship in 2007, the CA does not required that much staff so he decided not to call me for trainning. So i did not go for one and a half months and he has also given me the stipend and recover it again in cash. But after two months i decided to take transfer, at that time he put one condition for leaving that he should put leave for that period which is totally wrong, but due to some problems i have to agree to such condition.
My question is whether such leave recorded in institute can be cancelled.
And the second point is that he has also given me stipend of my leave period, whether stipend is recievable even if the student is on leave.
Plz Guide me Bcoz due to such sitautauin i there is an wrongly excess leave recorded of 45 days
