Please can anyone suggest me the best reason to convince my Chartered to allow me take Industrial traning.
Anyone doing/done it share their Industrial Training Experience.

Simply tell him that you want to get exposed to the Corporate Environment!
The only way to get a transfer from your Chartered is to stop working.... Just start acting lazy, reach office late and dont do any work and ultimately he will be forced to give transfer
